Terms of Use

These terms apply when you download and use Foxpit. They are short on purpose.

The software

Foxpit is a desktop app that runs and organizes coding agents on your computer. It is beta software and still changing.

Accounts and trial

You need a free account to use Foxpit. Every new account gets a 3-day free trial with every feature. One trial per person and per computer. Please keep your sign-in to yourself.

Pro

Foxpit Pro is coming soon. It will cost $5 for the first month, then $12 per month, billed monthly until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Before we take any payment, we will add the full payment and refund terms to this page.

Acceptable use

Do not use Foxpit to break the law, to attack other systems, or to get around the trial with fake accounts. Do not resell or redistribute the app.

Your code stays yours

Everything you and your agents create with Foxpit belongs to you. We do not claim any rights to it, and we do not see it.

No warranty

Foxpit is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Agents can make mistakes, edit files and run commands; review their work and keep backups.

Liability limit

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for data loss caused by agents you run. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and email you about important changes. Continuing to use Foxpit means you accept the new terms.
